電纜橋架設計防水和操作邊封溫度過高問題

（一）加熱電纜橋架在槽上比較適合用階梯電纜橋架，結構排布采用靠近距離一邊的樹形結構形勢。
（二）為了電纜橋架的美觀和封閉，控制室到頂部采用托盤電纜橋架。
（三）控制檢測電纜橋架選用全封閉式或者托盤電纜橋架，施工時務必離開。
（四）引上槽頂部的儀表電纜橋架一定要避開封熱源和橋架的操作段。
（五）電纜橋架與節連接時螺絲帽一定要在里面，螺母在外面，以避免損傷電纜。
（六）橋架引出端管焊接時，盡量不要在里面焊接，避免損壞電纜。
（七）電纜橋架在轉彎時，要增加支架的數量。
無論動力電纜橋架還是儀表電纜橋架，如果從美觀和防塵來看，一定要選擇全封閉和槽式電纜橋架。
